Report: Retailers struggle to close omnichannel gap

Retailers working to offer seamless omnichannel experiences still face a significant gap between what they can do and what consumers want, according to an Accenture survey. For example, shoppers want to be able to view in-store inventory online and find out whether their size is in stock at a local store, but only 36% of retailers offer that option.
