Starbucks plans to extend sales of its evening menu items to thousands of stores over the next several years, says Chief Operating Officer Troy Alstead. The evening menu, which is currently available in 40 locations, features alcohol and light bites, such as truffle macaroni and cheese, chicken skewers and chocolate fondue. The new menu is part of the company's long-term plan to reach $100 billion in market value.
