Study cites link between reduced breast cancer risk, regular exercise

Women with the highest level of physical activity had a 12% lower risk of developing breast cancer, regardless of age or weight, compared with the least active women, according to a review of 37 studies involving more than 4 million women. The findings were presented at the European Breast Cancer Conference.
