Tips for building a successful innovation team

Groups that want to innovate need people in four or five key roles, says innovation psychologist Leon Segal. Teams need leaders, idea generators, storytellers, people-focused empathizers, and possibly also someone with domain-specific expertise. It's also important that everyone be enthusiastic, reflective and willing to listen, Segal says.
