OSHA Investigating Chicago Scaffolding Collapse

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the March 2 fatal collapse of scaffolding on Chicago's John Hancock Center. An industry expert has said the incident could result in "tremendous fallout" and code changes. Most cities -- Chicago included -- do not require permits for scaffolds.
