IPG reorg begins to take shape

Interpublic Group CEO Michael Roth indicated that the holding company's various media agencies will now be run under a single entity, informally dubbed IPG Media. The move comes as IPG is confronting some accounting issues that may necessitate earnings restatements, and as IPG gears up to defend media accounts with General Motors and L'Oreal.
