United predicts revenue growth, flat capacity

United Airlines predicted no capacity growth in the first quarter, but the airline said it sees strong gains in passenger revenue, excluding fuel prices. The revenue gains are the result of several fare increases aimed at offsetting the soaring price of jet fuel. The airline expects fuel prices to increase by more than $1 billion this year.
