Study looks at obesity risks in small cities

Low-income women living in cities with populations under 40,000 and a limited choice of supermarkets face a greater risk of obesity, even if they are within one mile of a supermarket, a study found. Researchers believe the food choices in the supermarkets, as well as the availability of fast food, may contribute to the risk.
