"Agnostic" BlackBerry fund will invest $150 million in startups

The BlackBerry Partners Fund has an additional $150 million to invest in cellphone-related startup companies now that its manager, ATP Capital, has raised the money for a new portfolio, the firm announced Tuesday. "We have been agnostic from day one. ... That's how you build big companies," co-managing partner Kevin Talbot said in noting how the fund has put money into companies based on platforms other than RIM's.
