Travel agents can expand their customer list through marketing efforts aimed at trending travel markets, such as "girlfriend getaways," "mancations" or family trips, writes Michelle Fee. She recommends networking as an effective tool to increase business. "It's a fact: People like doing business with people they know. So make it a point to join as many local clubs and organizations as you can," Fee writes.
