Lululemon does CRM the old-fashioned way

Canada-based yoga and athletic wear retailer Lululemon Athletica is an apparel company with the market value of a hot tech startup. The company, whose sales per square foot last quarter were triple what Neiman Marcus reported for all of last year, avoids high-tech data collection tools and uses old-fashioned methods for collecting customer data, including eavesdropping on in-store shoppers to find out what they're really saying.
