Nokia tackles next-gen body modification with vibrating tattoo ink

Nokia plans to develop a special magnetic ink that could be applied to the skin in the form of a tattoo and notify its "wearer" of incoming calls by vibrating. The company filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for ferromagnetic inks, which would work in concert with magnetic fields emitted by a phone to vibrate at different frequencies to indicate different alerts.
