6-mile-long I-76 work in Colo. to replace 13 bridges

The six-mile-long Interstate 76 construction project between Fort Morgan and Brush, Colo., will use 100,000 cubic yards of concrete, said Ralph Bell, CEO of Castle Rock Construction, the project's primary contractor. Work will include replacing 13 bridges, building a diamond interchange and constructing retaining walls. Construction is scheduled to be completed by December 2014.
