Companies won't lose if they let workers snooze

Naps can make employees more productive, says a report from outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas, and now more businesses are taking advantage of the benefits by providing worker nap rooms. "It's reasonable for workers who don't adopt the typical 9-5 workday to catch a few minutes of sleep during the day to recharge," said John Challenger, CEO of Challenger, Gray & Christmas.
