WebRTC technology, which is supported in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, is a good match for contact centers and other businesses looking to improve services while reducing costs, experts said at an industry conference. "Think out-of-the-box about real-time data and video to improve business processes. Think about how it works over existing networks. Slap vendors around to get them to build what you need," said Cullen Jennings of Cisco Systems.
