Chobani, which reached $1 billion in sales in five years and achieved 52% market share in the yogurt category in eight years, achieved its success by not only offering a quality product but by living its company values and ensuring its products and service followed those values. "It's a way of doing things, of treating people, not just making things. You don’t have to choose between caring and being ambitious," said Peter McGuinness, chief marketing and brand officer for Chobani during a presentation at The Big Rethink 2014 US conference.
