Jack Daniel's is taking a broad approach in its mobile campaign for March Madness, tapping SMS, mobile, e-mail and social media with an emphasis on the latter for a sweepstakes with eight rounds of prizes. "We learned from past campaigns that the best engagement from our target consumer came from social media, which is most often accessed through mobile phones," Senior Brand Manager Casey Nelson said.
