Report: Political campaigns should get digital

Younger political campaign workers are pushing data that show political campaigns should make more of a digital effort to reach new voters. Campaigns are looking at research that shows TV losing ground to a myriad of new technologies that allow for watching content or consuming information at the viewer's leisure. "That means, for political campaigns, reaching younger, more diverse swing voters through live TV advertising alone is problematic," said a report sponsored by Google and two political firms.
