Study: Antidepressants successful in 50% of patients

The largest study ever conducted of depressed Americans found that antidepressants improve symptoms for only half of patients. Researchers tested Celexa, Effexor, Wellbutrin and Zoloft and said they were about equally effective in treating depression.
