Green Building Council gives murky answer to PVC use

The U.S. Green Building Council has come up with a determination on the use of polyvinyl chloride in building, but the response is hardly straightforward. The report does not endorse a vinyl-avoidance credit for LEED certification, but it does provide a "nuanced answer" on whether PVC materials are among the worst in terms of environmental impact.
