Utah stirs up voucher debate

Utah's new voucher program, offering up to $3,000 a year to students who want to attend private schools, has stirred up a debate over public funding of private schools that first began in the 1950s. But even as a massive petition-drive mounts against the new Utah law, there are congressional Republicans pushing for vouchers as NCLB comes up for reauthorization.
