How the health care bill will affect small businesses

Although most changes won't kick in until 2014, the health care reform bill will require businesses with 50 employees or more to offer coverage that meets minimum standards. Smaller businesses with lower-paid workers will get tax credits to help buy insurance. In addition, states will set up "SHOP Exchanges" offering insurance purchasing pools for small businesses.
