Opinion: TWU officials explain their strike rationale at American

Claiming that union members "kept the airline aloft by taking hundreds of millions of dollars in concessions," two top officials of the Transport Workers Union say that it's time for American Airlines to reward their sacrifice. "We don't want to be on the picket line," the union insists, arguing that four years of negotiation and mediation have made little headway on compensation issues.
