£100M IT contract continues Heathrow's commitment to passengers

BAA, the travel-hub operator at London's Heathrow Airport, has reached a £100 million deal to outsource and improve information technology operations. Officials say the investment will boost passenger experience. "Our priority is improving our passengers' experiences and getting the best value we can on behalf of our airline customers," said Philip Langsdale, BAA's chief information officer.
