Chef Jiro Ono becomes star of sushi documentary

The documentary "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" delves into the life of Jiro Ono, owner of a 10-seat sushi restaurant in Tokyo that has three Michelin stars. Filmmaker David Gelb set out to make a movie about sushi in general but decided to focus solely on Ono after witnessing his commitment to the art of the dish. "Everything that I wanted to convey about sushi could easily be presented from Jiro’s perspective," Gelb said.
