Chefs get crazy with bananas

Chicago-area restaurant chefs are using bananas to create new dishes both savory and sweet. Rick Gresh has put a sophisticated twist on the traditional banana split at David Burke's Primehouse by mixing chocolate ice cream and cinnamon caramel sauce on top of a slab of frozen Himalayan pink salt.
