House Republicans seek to revive energy-infrastructure bill

House Republicans plan to revive a bill that would link infrastructure projects to expanded oil and natural gas drilling, despite opposition in the Senate, said Rep. John Mica, R-Fla. "We continue to believe that linking energy and infrastructure is the responsible thing to do in order to meet our long-term needs," said Mica, who is chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
