Fewer calories, longer life

Research finds aged mice that are put on restricted-calorie diets tend to live as much as 42% longer than those on standard diets, and those put on the restricted diets from birth can live as much as twice as long as those on the standard diet. Scientists point out, however, it is unclear if these results would translate to humans.
