Economists fear China's building bubble may burst

Some economists are concerned that a spending spree in China to build a massive $250 billion network of highways and roads that will change the country's landscape could backfire with unneeded factories, underused highways and a weakened economy. The potential problem hasn't gone unnoticed in China, however, and officials have been working to slow growth to a more sustainable pace.
