IPG shop wins Church & Dwight media account

Church & Dwight has hired Frontier Communications to handle its $80 million media account. A spinoff of Interpublic Group's Universal McCann, Frontier was created for the purpose of handling business that would otherwise create a conflict of interest with existing Universal McCann clients.
