Industrial production drops across the globe

The manufacturing crash has affected economies in Europe and Asia, as well as the U.S. Europe's industrial production has dropped 12% from last year, while Taiwan's has dropped 43%. Even the powerhouse manufacturer of China has laid off millions of factory workers. However, economists predict that reducing inventory levels will set the stage for a global economic rebound when demand picks up again.
