Disability groups praise health care reform's passage

The passage of health care reform is a big victory for people with disabilities, advocates say. Disability groups are hailing the bill's requirements that insurance agencies cover rehabilitation and habilitation services as well as people with pre-existing conditions. The bill also encourages states to lift limits on the number of people with disabilities in community-based living options, an important step toward a mandate, disability advocates say.
