Kroger chief touts frequent shoppers

David B. Dillon, chairman and CEO of Kroger, said the grocery chain can compete with Wal-Mart and other discounters by offering a superior shopping experience. He said the chain, the nation's largest traditional grocer, is adding frequent shoppers, which will drive long-term growth.
