Qteros, UMass get patent for microbe-based ethanol production process

Qteros and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, have secured a patent for the Q Microbe process of converting plant material into cellulosic ethanol. Qteros says the Q Microbe process will result in faster and cheaper production of cellulosic ethanol from plant material.
