Turner Construction responds to cancellation of contract by Army Corps

Turner Construction Company said it was"deeply disappointed" with the Army Corps of Engineers' decision to terminate a $333 million contract. Turner Construction had agreed to build the Martin Army Community Hospital at Fort Benning in Georgia, but the Government Accountability Office found two organizational conflicts of interest. Turner claims those conflicts were "hypothetical" and "academic."
