Weight Watchers founder is still offering diet advice at 86

Jean Nidetch weighed more than 200 pounds in 1962, but after getting diet tips from a nutritionist and losing 20 pounds, the self-proclaimed "sharer" told her friends how she did it. It lead to her establishing Weight Watchers International in 1963, and today, still slim at 86, she has written her autobiography.
