JetBlue sees mobile as integral to travel convenience

Noting that mobile devices are an "imperative" in the travel industry, JetBlue Airways senior producer of mobile products Jonathan Stephen said it is equally important for airlines to offer mobile services to their customers. Airlines should take into account how consumers use their devices, Stephen advised, as well as the key touchpoints, including discovery, pre-flight planning, in-flight service and destination management.
