Lawmakers: Dodd-Frank slows as other nations shun similar rules

Senate banking committee members are concerned that other nations aren't passing financial regulations similar to the Dodd-Frank Act, making the law more difficult to implement. "We were told here that the rest of the world would follow our lead and adopt legislation similar to Dodd-Frank," said Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala. "Of course, this has not happened."
