Small business is warming up to social, online marketing

Though e-mail marketing has not caught on among small businesses, 41% of them have used social media for marketing, according to a Citibank survey. While the company website still dominates, with 70% of companies using theirs as a marketing tool, small-business owners say they are increasingly interested in branching out to other online-marketing efforts.
