Critics fear negative impact of ambitious Trans-Texas Corridor

Some are praising the ambitious efforts to build the $184 billion Trans-Texas Corridor, which, backed entirely by private money, will lay 4,000 miles of toll roads around the state. But not all are pleased with the plan and critics say the system could steal revenue from small communities and negatively impact landowners along the corridors.
