Even with regular raises, U.K. agents say pay too low

An Amadeus survey found that 68% of British travel agents received pay raises last year, but 63% said low pay was the factor most likely to cause them to leave the industry. Amadeus Marketing and Communications Manager Rob Golledge said although the pay raise rate is encouraging, the survey illustrates the industry needs to work to retain agents.
