Feds award AT&T $20 million telecom deal

The federal government's huge Networx program has awarded AT&T a $20 million voice-services contract with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. It is the latest in what is expected to be a torrent of similar deals this spring and summer to provide telecom services to the government for the next decade.
