N.J. ShopRite stores nix tobacco sales

Six New Jersey ShopRite stores will stop selling cigarettes and other tobacco products by the end of March. "It's not a good business to be in (in) New Jersey, which imposes the highest state excise tax on cigarettes in the nation," said a ShopRite official. "There is almost no profit in it anymore."
