Tour operators cater to intergenerational travelers

Travel industry figures show that intergenerational travel is getting more popular, and a number of tour operators are taking advantage of the trend by offering trips specifically designed for such groups. Edward Piegza, president of Classic Journeys, said grandparents, who "have done a lot of traveling on their own and now want to bring the kids and grandkids," are often the driving force behind the trips.
