Warner may launch Web channel to counter CW losses

Warner Bros. Television Group reportedly is mulling strategies to recoup its losses amid the ratings struggles of The CW Network, its two-year-old merger of The WB with CBS-owned UPN. Warner may leverage its still-popular WB brand through a Web site featuring streams of both original shows and popular series from the defunct channel, according to this article.
