Hotel spas offer incentives to locals

Many hotel spa operators are turning to local and regional markets to boost their clientele as travel rates decline. Hotels including the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas have launched incentives inviting residents to enjoy discounts or reduced fees, and others have packaged their services to offer discounts for locals as well as hotel guests.
