Nurses rally in support of nursing home liability bill

A group of 1,300 nurses rallied at the Tennessee Capitol in support of legislation to tie nursing home insurance liability to nurse staffing levels and limit damages. The nurses said the bill also would establish a long-term care improvement trust fund and boost transparency by surveying patients and families directly.
