Obama picks primary-care doctor to head HHS unit

President Barack Obama has chosen Yvette Roubideaux, a primary-care doctor, to serve as director of the HHS' Indian Health Service. The unit is focused on providing medical care to members of more than 560 government-recognized tribes at 46 hospitals and other facilities. Roubideaux is expected to replace Robert McSwain if she gains Senate confirmation.
