Advocate helps youths with disabilities break down job barriers

As a youth-policy adviser in the Labor Department's Office of Disability Employment Policy, Rachel Dorman says the transition from school to employment can be especially difficult for young people with disabilities. Her office is working to change that by helping youths develop their job skills and by reaching out to businesses to help fight misconceptions about people with disabilities.
