Dow, Aramco eyes relocation of massive Saudi Arabian plant

Saudi Arabia's Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical are reportedly planning to relocate their planned $20 billion petrochemical complex from Ras Tanura to Jubail as reclamation costs and congestion concerns arise in the original plan. "Jubail is better for synergies and integration with other petrochemical plants, and it has everything including an export terminal," a former Aramco executive said.
